Production Details

Our Cassia Powder is ground with high quality Cassia Barks grown in Guangxi China, one of the leading producing areas of Cassia trees in China. In Guangxi province, the growing area of Cassia trees is about 33,000 acres, with an annual output of about 30,000 tons of Dried Cassia Barks. We buy Cassia Barks from our audited suppliers who grow the trees on hills with low heavy metals, managing the application of pesticides as per our supervision so that there is no pollution of pesticide residues in the barks.

After we have purchased raw materials from our audited suppliers, our workers will have the barks washed again, and have them dried in the sunshine or in oven. After drying, workers will remove foreign materials from the barks first with winnowers and then my hands.

During the course of processing, micros are strictly controlled and strong magnets and metal detectors are applied to avoid pollution of iron and other metals.

Our annual output of Cassia Powder is about two hundred tons.

Our Cassia Powder is mainly used as spices and seasoning. Some bakeries mix some Cassia Powder into their bread, making it more fragrant and tasty.
